I’m pleased to share that the Oil Painters of America has awarded me Signature Membership. I’ve participated in quite a number of their shows over the years and consider it an honor to be selected for this status in their organization. They host a national show at a prestigious gallery and two regional shows each year. They have also recently added regular online shows.
Oil Painters of America was founded in 1991. According to their history listed on their website, OPA was the first national organization to be established for the sole purpose of representing traditional, representational oil painters. OPA membership currently stands at 3,400 artists. Find more information about OPA at their website.
