So pleased that this painting found a home with a So pleased that this painting found a home with a collector who had been looking at it for more than a year. She visited my gallery several times over the months. (I painted it for the Ojai Mystique exhibition at @ojaivalleymuseum in 2023. We’re planning a second Ojai Mystique show that will open in April, 2026, by the way.) I’ve been hoping she would be the one to take it home with her and she finally did! I really enjoyed the chance to paint this historic I really enjoyed the chance to paint this historic Ojai ranch for a collector who grew up there, but now lives in Washington DC. The property is still owned by his family and they all have a strong connection to the ranch and their memories there. It took some time to pack and ship it off to him in DC — glad it arrived safely! 26”x52” oil on linen panel.  #californialandscape #citrusorchard #ojai #ojaicalifornia
